The UPC label program is printing the UCC label due to the presence of L82 UCC label logic in the UPC program.The logic should be removed so that the UCC label doesn't get printed.

The L82 logic should be removed from ZRSD_UPC_LABELS program so that the UCC label won't get printed when the UPC program is executed.
The test data should be created with L82 label and the UPC label should no be generated.
